bank account debt!

I recently took out a few payday loans, totaling about 2500 dollars. Mostly to pay bills, have money for food, etc. My checking accounting is now overdrawn by 2500 dollars. It doesnt help that im also being charged daily fees of 35 dollars for returned payment checks that were bounced by these companies trying deduct their payments from my account. My credit is fair to poor,so Ive been denied for various loans,as well as credit cards. I really dont know what to do. If anyones been in a similar situation,or knows what to do,please give me some advice. I could really use it.. ThanKs

Stop payment on the amount and or the company trying to take the money from your account. Go to your bank and do an ACH and or check stop pay. Give more details-why is your account overdrawn?

Not sure how it's done, but you need to move your post to the banking section. You will probably get better answers there. Certain people check that section often, waiting to answer a question.

u should stop your direct debit with the company who is charging money from ur account.most of the direct debit payments can be cancled if u tell them to do so ,ask them to give a time extension regarding their payment.i think that will help until ur balane gets positive.

Hi, I am having a similar problem. I had gotten some payday loans plus I wrote some bad checks and now the bank has closed my account with me owing them $1000 and I was wondering what can be done to me for that because the last thing that I need it to be taken to jail. I need to know how I can get this taken care of or if I can even file bankruptcy on it. Someone help me.....?????
