another write off

rcvd $500from jane doe from green acres and wotoe off the remainder owed on the sale of (slod merch at $11000) as uncollectible how do i slove this one

rcvd $ 450 from jane doe in payment of a $900 acct the bal. is writteen off as unclollectible how do i slove this one
