Quickbooks 2002 Inventory

I am trying to figure out if I can link one inventory count to two items....
We are trying to get an accurate inventory but the way the system is set up now is as follows.

Item #45346 Retail for $12.75
Item #45346 Wholesale for $ 8.75

It is the same item, the only difference is if it is a wholesale customer or a retail customer. If anyone could help me with this I would appreciate it!

Thanks!

Teresa
