What do you mean what journal. There is only one journal where every entry is made and it is only organized by years in chronological order.

Old question but what the heck.

Errors made by the bank aren't recorded in any journal. I'm 99% sure this question is related to doing bank reconciliations, which are done by the company. Whatever the bank does wrong must be corrected by the bank, but that's on their side and it doesn't affect the company's books at all. The company isn't the one who made the error, so nothing needs corrected on their side. Be a good idea to call the bank and make sure it gets corrected, but the company does no journal entry.
