Accounting Help

Can anyone tell me how to estimate a learning curve with limited information? The only info I've been given is the Unit Number and the Actual Cost. I know that I need to calculate Average Cost per Unit, but I can't do that unless I know the Learning Rate, and I haven't been given that number either. Help!?
