From small biz to Non Profit.

I run an organization called Love is an Action. Right now we are a small biz because we just wanted to stay small and local. Well now things have started happening and its getting to be time to actually go Non profit. Could anyone help on the process of going from small biz to Non profit? Thanks.

Jordy.
