Suggest several reasons that a 2:1 current ratio may not be
adequate for a particular company.

Maybe intangiable factors need to be taken into consideration, particularly GOODWILL, baring in mind 2:1 is a (PSR) Profit Share Ratio of PARTENERSHIP?
