    1099-MISC for engineering design services
    I have an LLC that performed engineering design work and consultation for another company and received form 1099-MISC from them for the services. From what I have read of the requirements this form should not have been sent, or am I wrong?

    You are the independent contactor therefore that's the appropriate form to send you.
