Access is so involved that it is too time consuming to type out everything here you need.
Use your manual, and try doing it from that.
There are also other help manuals you can buy.

To begin to help we would need to know much more about application. you need to define "stock". Tell us what your database will be used for etc.

The first step in designing any database is to define exactly what info you want the app to capture, then organize that info into logical grouping that will result in your table structure.
