Pusuing Chartered Accountancy for Engineers

Hi! I am a Mechanical Engineer having almost 2 years of experience in Marketing of Industrial products. I wanted to know about the feasibility of mine pursuing Chartered Accountancy. If yes, what should I do? What are the prospects thereafter.? Please help!!!
