Hello everyone, im kind of in a touch situation. I am studying computer science, 2nd year student, living away from home on residence. I have not been understanding most of the things that i have learned and i think perhaps it is best to change my major but at the same time i dont want all my time devoted into this program and money to be wasted although im just starting out my 2nd year if i do decide to change my major it would be now.

I was also considering maybe its time i go home and study at a closer university, so i dont have to pay for my residence fee and it would be nice to be around my friends and family again but the thing is i have failed a couple of classes and i dont know if other universities will accept me or i can always just change my major here. What do you guys think?

Any input will be well appreciated. I feel like its a big decision.
