How can i'll go for BTECH having low percentage of marks in diploma

i am a student of Diploma in Electronics and telecommunication engineering, But due to some reasons i got very low percentages of marks, but i want join in a good engineering college for B.Tech.

So many people said that you cant do anything because you have so less percentage of marks
