Finding the right career from my teaching degree

Hello I am new to this and really need some advice and information. I graduated from a four year honours degree in Social Development Studies (courses, psych, soc, and social studies) and am currently attending teachers college (primary/junior).However, I have come to realize that being a full-time teacher will not fulfill me in life. However, I do still enjoy learning about education and do not want to waste my teaching degree. Therefore, can people please tell me what else I can use my degree. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you kindly.

Sincerely,

Emily Schacht

What about teaching a few night classes a week, or teaching part time doing adult basic education or GED classes. HTH

How about steering yourself in the direction of being a counselor and/or therapist of some kind?

Just a thought.

I have a degree in teaching and became a librarian and also a counselor. It all fits together very nicely.
