Educational chaos

i have done engineering 2 years back in 2007. after that i fell ill and had accident when i recovered from illness. moreover with two operations. now i want to make a career and do a job. please advice me what to do as my studies are lost completely and i don't have any technical knowledge right now...
what should i do. what path i can take... any certification can help? please reply or i will die with frustration...

The medical field is wide open. Would you be willing to get a certification in some aspect of that?
