senior foreign physician/alternate careers

I am a foreign educated family physician with 21 years of experience currently in usa as permanent resident. can any one advise out of MBA (Finance or health management ) or a nursing career or Physician Assistant programme, where do I stand to get easy acceptence good credits and good future income. What is the best option for me and the best place to apply in usa. Thanks.
I wonder why I can't become a physician Assistant, can I hope to gt credits for my medical education and finish the course in a shorter period. PLease advise which is the best state to get admission.
