Dissertation topic

I am a MBA student in the UK. I looking to select a dissertation topic, could someone please advice me on what i can do on.

What areas interest you? -- finance, management, leadership, human resources, marketing, etc. Whatever topic you choose, be sure you really enjoy writing and researching it, because you will be thinking about it and living with it for a while!

Check into the school's guidelines on the length of the dissertation (and if there are any other parameters). There are books available that explain how to write a good one.
