BASS Psychology is a vague course i need MA what is good to pursue?

I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences Major in Psychology. What Master's Degree would be good for me to land a better job in the field of education or in any institution with administrative positions here in the US? I need as many answers as possible to widen the possibilities of the career path i need to take. I will choose one later on but through your answes it will help me find what best suits me. Any answer that is related will be highly appreciated... Thanks guys!
