Ms in biotech after B.Sc or B.tech in mumbai

Dear sir/mam,
i have just completed my 12th standard boards.Could you please advise me as to which would be a better (considering postings and future job prospects) cource to persue....1.A Bsc...or....2.A B.Tech in biotech in mumbai considering the fact that i would want to do my ms in the U.S.
