    Nursing care plan (prenatal)
Hello: I was assigned to do a nursing care plan on a patient (I am a student nurse) who would like to take a regular vitamin rather than a vitamin that includes folic acid. I have 2 care plan books & none seem to have any supporting evidence of any good nursing diagnoses or plans of care in this instance. Knowledge deficit would be one diagnosis. I searched the net for help & came up with nothing. I was wondering if any of the nurses out there had any info or tips to get me started right! Thanks!

My cat has been nursing 5 weeks. The kittens are now gone. The cats nipples are still producing and are very swollen. Is this normal and if so when will this subside. Is there anything I should be aware of?
