He did make a diagnosis. And, he did treat you. That's what's he's supposed to do. You just don't like the treatment he gave you.

Course, if you had a broken leg and he refused to treat you, then you'd have a case. But, you didn't say what was wrong with you, so how could we say his treatment was malpractice?
