Introduction letter for Construction.
I work for a very high end construction company, and they have asked me to write a letter introducing ourselves to all the Architects around the area. I am trying to find the right way to word the letter I need some pointers. I really want to impress them and make this letter as professional as I can. What can I do or who can help me?

Good morning...
I would say the following: use your own nomenclature.
1. Introduce your company; name, address, phone number/s
2. State your precise experience in the exact type of construction you do; years in business, size of company, some examples of your work, etc
3. State EXACTLY how your company will benefit the customers; problem solving abilities, ability to work well with architects, completing work on time, etc
4. Make another statement that you are interested in doing business with them and leave your phone number and name again
5. Salutation
Please keep it brief, one page, people want the information, they just don't want to spend all afternoon reading it.
I hope this helps, good luck,
Stringer

Mark, you must start your own thread asking your own question there and you will then get better exposure and more answers my friend. Asking a question on someone else's thread is 'piggy backing' and takes away from this persons thread.
Just go to the Home Page click on your subject and then click on 'Ask question.'

Per the rules of this site Mark and Shabaz, you must start your own thread and not 'piggyback' on someone else's question.
Please go to the Home page and follow the instructions, find the business section, pick a title and 'ASK' your question there. This will give your question individual attention.
Thanks,
Stringer
