Most parties are drinking parties. As for the right crowd, you know that yourself, if you keep away from silly things like poularity contests and all that then you will find the right crowd. If your not sure about the party play it safe and don't go, if you do go with a lot of your non-drinking friends, that way you'll feel safer......and man have some fun too, no need to stress
