    Mega Man Multi Vitamin
    Does the mega man multi vitamin help enhance sex life. A co-worker claimed it helped. The reason I ask is sometimes I am not as long lasting as I used to be and find it difficult to control my ejaculation. Basically, I get excited too quickly.

    Multi-vitamins are not going to make you last longer, they will only help you to be healthier. Being healthy can enhance you sex life but you would need to exercise, eat right and drink the recommended amount of water dailey along with the vitamins.

    There are Maximum daily recommended does for a reason. Too much of any vitamin is a bad thing that can have serious medical consequences. If you eat a balanced diet you will get most if not all you need. And more to the question asked... no vitamin is make you an insatiable porn god. Most likely it's the placebo effect your friend is experiencing.
