    97 ford expedition motor oil to use
    I have a 97 ford expedition 4wd 5.4 motor with 197,000 miles on it what motor oil is best to use on my truck with so much miles and do I need to use any oil treatment ?

    I would use 5W-30 full synthetic engine oil and a premium oil filter. No oil treatment.
