Im planing to enroll Doctor in Accounting in Atlantic International Unviversity, is the University scam?

what do you mean by scam ? If you send them money they will send you a degree, it has little or no value in the US, but they will do what they say they will do.

In the US, they are not accredited by any department of Education and it will have no value any license to be an accountant.

But they will give you a degree if you buy it.

In US, but is it acceptable to other places? What I mean scum is that are they not fly by night university?

Big bold print right on their website "ATLANTIC INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY IS NOT ACCREDITED BY AN ACCREDITING AGENCY RECOGNIZED BY THE UNITED STATES SECRETARY OF EDUCATION" so it is not a scam, they don't claim to be much of anything at all other than a diploma mill.

Atlantic International University is not a scam nor is it a diploma mill. If people actually paid attention to what accreditation really is and what its about. Accreditation in the United States is optional for all colleges or universities. It does not dictate the quality of education. Education is what you make it. AIU follows all federal laws that make it a legitimate university. AIU has a state and federal compliance with the United States government which enables the students to get their degree authenticated and signed by U.S. Secretary of State and also get a Hawaii Apostille which is a document signed by the LT. Gov. of Hawaii, both documents proves the authenticity and legitimacy of the degree.The only thing that AIU does not provide is licensing. AIU has chosen private accreditation with Accrediting Commission International (ACI). ACI specializes in accrediting online and/or religious universities. AIU has upheld this accreditation since 1999. They say that AIU lost its U.S. accreditation in 2000. That is not true because AIU has never gained U.S. accreditation. AIU chose ACI's accreditation for the following reasons:

-Student has the opportunity to design their curriculum around their program and choose courses that they see will give them the best knowledge or skill knowledge to best benefit them in their career field they are in or currently pursuing

-Courses focus solely on the major of the degree program and students have no requirement to study other courses that are irrelevant to their degree program. Students waste no time studying irrelevant courses.

Just so that we are clear, AIU is legitimate and very convenient for all students.
