EtG test 40 hours after last drink
I had 6 Coors Light Saturday evening, (starting at 4:30pm- ended about 8:45 pm) 2 before dinner, where I drank 10 oz of Pepsi. Then had 3 beers, a large glass of water, another beer, then more water and a 20 oz soda. Then just one at midnight.
Drank plenty of water and gatorade Sunday and Monday. Test at 3 pm Monday. What are my chances?

12 beers across about 7-8 hours. Even at the low alcohol content that is too much EtG to clear in 40 hours.

However, the meal helps, the fluids help and because of the high vulnerability of EtG to fluids there is a chance you could be clear at that time.

Sorry about some confusion here, I had 7 beers.
In the time frame of 4:30pm-12am. Even pausing from 8:45-12:00. Eating after 2 of those beers. Then drinking waters and a 20 oz soda with the last couple. Totally only 7 beers.

Now the facts are more favorable. You consumed the equivalent of 5.9 standard drinks (US) and that greatly reduces the rate of consumption. You are still within a range where EtG could be detectable but that is probably reduced by eating while drinking and is certainly influenced by the non-alcoholic liquids.

I would calculate the standard clearance time >48 hours but the food and liquid may have prevented EtG formation and accelerated clearance, respectively. If EtG is detected it would probably be at low level which means the cutoff for the test is important. (I calculated at lowest being 100 ng).

No results yet. But I know it was sent to Redwood(s) Lab. And I'm pretty sure it was a cut off 100ng. I'm on a roller coaster here, I keep thinking I'm going to fail on min then the next I feel like I'm going to pass. Have you heard of any other simialar situations?
