First a bank account just does not close itself , who closed it and why, I will assume you went in and closed your account.

If it is closed you can not draw money out.

Your direct deposit will be returned ( may take a week or two to process) back to the company who tried to deposit it. So talk to the people who sent the money, once it is returned to them, they can issue new payment
