I bet security camera footage shows otherwise. And if it even remotely looks like you jumping into a confrontation...you might find yourself being charged. They will likely have security cam footage if its like many clubs. Also..the girl you grabbed and unlawfully detained could press charges against you. Yes that's what you did.
Smart thing would have been avoideding the scene and not jumped in the middle of it, and let them deal with it.
You could try...you could spend a lot of money..and end up worse off than you are now without any guarantee of winning.
