What a beautiful girl, she certainly seems in good form now.
I've had a couple of parvo survivors, and transitioned them back to a good quality puppy food within about a week after the vomiting ceased.
12 days out from her IV without vomiting or diarrhea seems a very reasonable time to get her back onto a good dry food.
Remember to transition her back into it gradually so that her digestive system can handle
the change.

And I commend you for considering and adopting form your local shelter.
So many times those guys get overlooked.
