But it is a fact that hymens can break due to reasons other than penile insertion. It is also a fact that even if the hymen is intact it is not a given that the man can tell. Not all women will bleed upon the hymen breaking. So, your culture is asking the physical and cultural impossibility. The only way to tell if there is an intact hymen is by examination by an OB/Gyn.
