Just in case you don't know what version of Windows you are using, read this Microsoft Help doc.

Use MSinfo32.exe to list all of your computer's details, including manufacturer and motherboard information. Learn more about MSinfo32.exe from Microsoft Support.

Once you get the manufacturer and motherboard information, you will be able to search for the company's site for updates.

You can also try a driver update app. Some of them are free, some are for a fee. They will search your computer and then the internet for the latest drivers. Search on CNET Downloads for a list of Windows driver update apps.
