Hi Dave. Well that is quite a quandry you have there. You are a good man for accepting responsibility all these years. It would seem to me that if the DNA tests come back and prove you are not the father, you should be able to have the arrears dropped. But, each state is different and it may not be as easy as one would imagine. I have included two web sites for you to begin your search on the answer you need.
