    Bryant furnace won't lite
    Hello,

I have a Bryant furnace. It Keeps flashing code 13 on the circuit board. I read the code and it says that the switch will reset after 3 hours. It also refers me to # 33 which gives more possibilities as to what the problem may be. However it does say to reset the limit or flame roll out switch manually or replace the fuse link. I also took the ignitor and had it tested and it checks out OK.

I would like to know how to manually reset the limit or flame roll out switch and or replace the fuse link. I also would need to know what the fuse link looks like. I know what the flame roll out switch looks like but I do not know what the limit switch looks like either. I checked all of the other possibilities and have narrowed it down to this one.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks

Main limits are self resetting and part should be replaced. Roll out limits have a small button on top between the two wires, just gently push the button down until it clicks. Why did a roll out trip? This could be a real safety issue.

I am sure that by now your 3 hour wait for the circuit board to reset has passed. So tell us what the furnace is doing now, I am sure someone will be able to help you.

    Hi dm1
I was wonder how did you fix your furnace. I had perfectly fine one until I left for pre-X-mass vacation. I left it on at 50F and the house was at 52F but when I come back after 6 days and try to light it up to 72F only fan was working. I'm getting 3 fast and one long which I think is code 13. Since it's late Friday looks like I won't be able to find someone before Tuesday which means long and cold X_mass. It's sucks. I'm not sure if my rollout switch is on or off since pin is out and the thicker part on the switch is like only 1/16 out of the body of the switch and I can't push it in and I'm scared maybe this is not the switch and I will just break it.

    Thanks for any help
