I'd go back to your dr. fiber in your diet is necessary and is supposed to keep you regular. But too much of a good thing can be a bad thing so she may be right. I would try keeping a food journal so you can keep track of how much fiber you are eating. Check in with your dr. there may be other things you should be keeping track of as well. I had a friend whose stomach suddenly began hurting a lot of the time. It turned out that she had become lactose intolerant. Maybe you're suffering some sort of food allergy. Would definitely go back to your dr.

    Justcurious:

Good post. For some more info on lactose intollerance, see here:

The peeing may be secondary. The bloating probably cause the urge to urinate. No milk or milk products and see if it goes away or gets reduced.

And there's so many other things people can be allergic too. I work in a grocery store and all day I hear "can't have that...there's soy." "nope, can't have it. gluten." "corn. no way." I even met someone the other day that was allergic to apples. One of my managers can't have most raw fruits, but once they're cooked or in a juice she's fine.

I don't know what the reactions are for all of these allergies. Lactose intolerance was the first thing that popped into my mind because I know it can upset the stomach.

    1) we don't like to drag up old posts. This post is from nearly a year ago and the OP has never come back.
    2) this problem is more than just needing to poop some days and simply out growing wetting the bed. She's 14 years old and has been to the dr and so far nothing has helped her, or at least nothing had when she posted. Your post not only brought back a pretty dead thread, it wasn't even to add anything useful or helpful to the OP.

Have them check your blood sugar for diabetes. Don't mean to scare you, but frequent urination, including the peeing in your bed, as well as the stomach cramps and the result may be indicators. Good luck. Worse case scenario - they figure out what you have and you feel better, and learn to deal with it.
