The OP claims he had not agreed to be in an exclusive relationship. She obviously had a different view... He should not have had to be found out but instead should have just told her he was seeing other women. But he didn't and now wants revenge, though for what is not clear.

He can file a suit to harass her (right?), but from what Judy says, he will lose.
