It feels like I am stepping on an invisible rock in the middle of my foot
I can feel no lump when I rub my fingers over it. It is any time I walk. It has been happening for 3 days. Near the balls of my feet, in the middle. It is painful.

You could have a spur or a cyst.
Check with a doctor or a pediatrist.

Spurs are often caused by calcium deposits.
You may need to take magnesium to keep calcium from not absorbing properly.
    Check with a doctor.

When you do wear shoes, do they have a good arch support in them?

    Thanks!

    Hello l:

Sounds like gout. Hurts, don't it? A prescription is available - Allopurinol. See your doctor.

Cherry juice is great for gout as well as cutting out foods that cause gout.

So, it would seem that knowing what leslienichols has been eating would also help in the general conjecture here.

All we can do is guess here, leslienichols. That's the same thing that you could do by searching on the Internet. This site isn't to be used as a substitute for seeing a physician of some kind.

Some answers might come from people who might be qualified to diagnose you. But, no one here can examine you in person.

You might get some comfort here by people giving you answers, but the bottom line, I think, would be to see a physician.

    Thanks!
