Cold water pressure relief valve leaking
My pressure relief valve is leaking. This is a very small amount of water dripping to the outside of the house. Next to replacing the valve is there anyway to stop the leak. This valve is within 2 feet of the pressure regulator where the water comes into the crawl space.

Where's the leak? The valve itself or the threaded connections? Let me know, Tom

The valve itself is allowing water to run to the ouside of the house. May be trash in the valve.

Sure there is a reason for this valve to leak: your pressure relieve valve is not functioning well bcs most likely your Pressure Regulator is not working properly. First, check your water pressure somewhere behind pressure regulator. If high, Replace Pressure Regulator. Also you will have to replace pressure relieve valve since the leaking one won't hold pressure anymore.
