I recently took a plea agreement that suspended charges against me dealing with a felony. This was the first charge that I had in my 36 years of life. The charges were all suspended and I just wonder will they show up on my record. I am on probation for three years but my officers said after a year he will sign me off because he understand that I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I also had to pay restitution and court fees that I am stilll paying on. I am a full time student trying to complete my Bachelor's Degree. I have had nothing but trouble trying to find work. I have been unemployed for two months with no luck finding work. Is there anything that I can do to get the charges off of my background record?
