Where can I find some Ben Wa balls used for Kegal excersices? I had a baby 8 months ago and despite always priding myself on a tight @#$$$%, I know it couldn't hurt to get more toned. I do my Kegals everyday but just want a little more of a work out.
A few years back I bought some online and they seemed rather small. How big are they supposed to be? These were like about the size of an average women's thumb nail. Is that right? Are there any other fun toys out there that I can use to enhance my tone? :cool:

Ben Wa balls are for pleasure only. I don't know where you get the idea that this will enhance your Kegal exercises. Your insides will get back to normal in due time. There is nothing short of time that will help you. Ben Wa balls do come in various sizes as well.

Well I read up on them and I read some things that said they can and sometimes are used for Kegals by the women as she tries to hold them in place by clenching down on them.
But I bet your right. How can one use Ben Wa balls during sex without them moving to far into the vagina so that they get "lost"?

If you put them inside they will stay in the quasi-open area between your vagina canal and your cervix/uterus. They will shift around as you move or squeeze the muscles. You are likley to stimulate your elusive G-Spot; but remember (I'm not sure the G-Spot and clitoris are related) your clitoris is about 4 inches long, but most of it is inside your body; so with the Ben Wa balls moving and pressing against your tissues it's likely that your internal clitoris will get some indirect stimulation.

Egg/ bullets are intended for usage on the outside of the vagina on the clitoris.

Ben wa balls are not used for kegal excersises which you probably know by now. They are usually about the size of a regualr chickens egg and very heavy. I have a pair and I personally find it extremely hard to orgasm from it. With all this new technology why would you want to revert to ancient ways? Stick with the modern play toys.

Not dead center directly on topic, but tied to the subject...

There once was a device called a Kegelmaster... think about a phallic shaped device that was cut down the middle lengthwise and had internal spings for tension... the idea was to insert it and then squeeze against the resistance... I think you could even adjust the tension with more springs. One lover bought it and tried it just for gits and shiggles. I had no "complaints" and shed had no problems... she just wanted to see if increasing pelvic wall strength changed things sexually.

I would say that kegels did seem to change her ability to "grip" when she chose to flex, and it probably was an nice addition to sex for me... but it didn't change her sensations much and I think that she was more distracted than helped by having to think about flexing. I have used the Ben wa balls and did not get much from them--i did not like the wire and it was similar to putting a tampon in without an applicator.
