Best is to keep it simple and do whatever suits you. There may be extreme effective exercises, but if you stop after one or two weeks, they are actually in your case failures.
Keep it simple. Keep it handy and possible. Keep it desirable and motivating.
But most of all : keep it easy to continue with it !
You can always change or upgrade activities over time. So get started with whatever you like. That is at least better than sitting in front of the televison or computer !
